Responsibilities
- Gather information about the client and recommend packages based on requirements.
- Generate, manage and convert leads.
- Handle customer service requests and complaints.
- Handle administrative and marketing tasks.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in Meal Planning Diets.
- Professional, respectful and positive attitude.
- English speaking.
- Previous experience in a meal prep company is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of macronutrients and dietary plans.
