Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Food Science Principles, basic understanding of ingredient functionality with emphasis on coating systems and applications.
- Understanding of Sensory evaluation techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple task and project; manage to established deadlines.
- Familiarity with drafting formulations.
- Superior organizational and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders with verbal, written and electronic modes.
- Adept critical thinker with good problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge in culinary principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Food Science or related field.
- Self-motivated, with ability to work independently.
- Adaptability and flexibility concerning work environment & project priority.
- Good analytical skills and decision-making ability.
