Hygiene Supervisor

Hygiene Supervisor vacancy in Saudi Arabia in leading Facilities Management Company to oversee hygiene operations in a remote facility in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene by local and international regulations, with a strong focus on facility management and catering services. This role is critical in ensuring health, safety, and regulatory compliance across all operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily hygiene and sanitation operations across both hard and soft services within the facility and catering environments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor hygiene protocols, cleaning schedules, and sanitation plans in alignment with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure hygiene compliance with food safety standards, HACCP, and company policies.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate cleaning and support staff to uphold hygiene best practices.
  • Estimate hygiene-related material and manpower requirements; assist in preparing cost-effective operational plans.

  • Coordinate with the maintenance, catering, and housekeeping teams to address hygiene-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of hygiene inspections, incident reports, and corrective actions.
  • Serve as the hygiene point of contact for internal departments and external auditors.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements for better hygiene and safety outcomes.

Job qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a similar hygiene supervisory role, preferably within facility management and catering operations in remote or large-scale environments.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proven ability to estimate manpower and material requirements for hygiene services. Familiarity with industry standards related to sanitation in both hard (infrastructure) and soft (cleaning, catering) services.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for cleanliness, order, and compliance.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work in remote areas and handle site-specific hygiene challenges.
