Business Catering Support Services Industry in Dubai, UAE is looking for an HSEQ Officer for Food Safety with the following expertise in Food Safety, Food Technology and OSH Guidelines.
To support and strengthen Food Safety, Health & Safety, Environment, Quality, and Halal Management Systems. This role is crucial in ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high operational standards, and promoting a culture that prioritises safety, quality, and sustainability across all operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve HSEQ policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, hazard identification, and internal audits.
- Support and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Halal requirements.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and prepare CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) reports.

- Deliver HSEQ training programs, toolbox talks, inductions, and awareness sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, environmental, and quality performance.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, record-keeping, and compliance with UAE regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote innovation, compliance, and best practices.
Job Qualifications
- MSc / BSc in Microbiology, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Minimum 5 years of HSEQ experience (UAE experience preferred).
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification – mandatory.
- Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Proven ability to engage teams and promote a safety-first culture.
- Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.
Additional Information
- Candidates must be currently available in the UAE for a face-to-face interview.
