HACCP Intern opportunity, therefore learning HACCP Implementation Apprenticeship in Bangalore and gaining hands-on experience in food safety systems, audits, and compliance.

Job Responsibilities

  • HACCP Documentation & Record Keeping
    • Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining HACCP plans, process flow diagrams, and control point records.
    • Ensure accurate filing and timely updating of compliance-related documentation.
  • Audit Preparation & Support
    • Participate in internal audits and support audit teams in collecting evidence and documentation.
    • Assist in follow-ups for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) post-audit.
  • Food Safety Protocols Implementation
    • Support daily monitoring of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures in line with HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
    • Report any deviations and work with supervisors to recommend improvements.
  • Coordination with QA/QC Teams
    • Work closely with quality assurance and quality control teams for compliance tracking.
    • Assist in product sampling, testing coordination, and maintaining quality records.
  • Learning & Development
    • Gain knowledge of ISO 22000, FSSAI guidelines, GMPs, and food safety regulations.
    • Participate in training programs, workshops, and team meetings to build technical and professional skills.

Job Qualifications

  • Educational Background
    • Recent graduate (B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech) in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
  • Knowledge & Skills
    • Basic understanding of food safety principles, HACCP concepts, and hygiene practices.
    • Familiarity with ISO 22000, FSSAI regulations, and GMPs will be an added advantage.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with different teams.
