FSSC 22000 Quality Executive – A Flavour Processing and Manufacturing company in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, is looking for an FSSC 22000 Quality Executive for documentation with the following:

Job Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain all documents and records as per FSSC 22000 standards.
- Ensure proper control of SOPs, manuals, forms, policies, and regulatory documents through version control and authorized access.
- Implement document numbering, revision tracking, and archival systems.
- Ensure all quality and food safety documentation meets global standards such as FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and GHP.
- Support implementation, review, and continual improvement of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
- Maintain documentation required for statutory, regulatory, and customer compliance.
- Work with Production, Quality Control, R&D, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to collect data and validate documentation accuracy.
- Ensure updated documents are communicated effectively across departments.
Audit Preparation & Support – FSSC 22000 Quality Executive
- Prepare, organize, and manage documentation required for internal audits, external audits, surveillance audits, and customer audits.
- Assist auditors with document retrieval and provide timely clarifications.
- Maintain audit findings, corrective actions, and preventive action records.
Records Management & Traceability
- Ensure proper storage, retrieval, and traceability of records as per company policy and FSMS requirements.
- Conduct periodic reviews of documents to ensure relevance and compliance.
- Maintain CAPA documentation and ensure timely closure of actions.
- Train employees on documentation procedures, FSMS requirements, and good documentation practices (GDP).
- Create awareness materials and support internal communication related to quality and food safety.
GMP & GHP Monitoring – FSSC 22000 Quality Executive
- Conduct routine monitoring of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP (Good Hygiene Practices).
- Maintain checklists, records, and reports related to hygiene and workplace standards.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or any relevant discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or documentation-focused role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Experience in flavour manufacturing is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000 documentation, FSMS implementation, and HACCP principles.
- Understanding of ISO standards, GMP, GHP, and Indian food safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage large volumes of documents efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Certified Internal Auditor for FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000.
- Experience using Document Management Systems (DMS) or electronic documentation tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
