Job Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Instruction:

  • Conduct laboratory practical sessions, demonstrations, and workshops to provide hands-on learning experiences.
  • Prepare and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, and examinations.
  • Utilize innovative teaching methods and educational technologies to enhance student learning and participation.

2. Research & Academic Contributions:

  • Undertake high-quality research in the field of Food Technology, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in areas such as food processing, safety, preservation, and innovation.
  • Publish research findings in reputable journals, conferences, and academic platforms.
  • Guide and supervise graduate students in their research projects, theses, and dissertations, providing technical expertise and academic support.
