A Recruitment Consultancy in Dubai UAE is looking for a Food Technologist with the following:
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver Lectures & Practical Sessions
- Teach core and elective subjects such as Food Technology, Food Microbiology, Food Chemistry, Food Engineering, and Quality Assurance.
- Conduct both theoretical classes and hands-on laboratory sessions.
- Develop Course Materials
- Create detailed lesson plans, lab manuals, case studies, and presentations.
- Develop digital learning resources in line with academic curriculum and current industry standards.
- Supervise Student Projects
- Mentor students in research projects, dissertations, and internships.
- Provide guidance on topics related to food product development, food processing, and food safety.
- Conduct Assessments
- Design assignments, quizzes, laboratory evaluations, and examinations.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
Job Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated reliability, a positive work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Understanding of the science behind food production, including ingredient functionality and formulation principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications-Food Technologist Dubai
- Internship or practical experience in product development or food manufacturing.
- Familiarity with sensory evaluation protocols and basic statistical analysis.
- Understanding of ingredient interactions, shelf-life studies, and consumer testing methods.

Food Technologist -Skills
- Proficiency in food product testing methodologies, including physicochemical and microbiological assessments.
- Working knowledge of food processing and preservation techniques relevant to baked and confectionery goods.
- Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
- Experience with laboratory equipment used in food R&D settings.
