A Recruitment Consultancy in Dubai UAE is looking for a Food Technologist with the following:

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver Lectures & Practical Sessions
  • Teach core and elective subjects such as Food Technology, Food Microbiology, Food Chemistry, Food Engineering, and Quality Assurance.
  • Conduct both theoretical classes and hands-on laboratory sessions.
  • Develop Course Materials
  • Create detailed lesson plans, lab manuals, case studies, and presentations.
  • Develop digital learning resources in line with academic curriculum and current industry standards.
  • Supervise Student Projects
  • Mentor students in research projects, dissertations, and internships.
  • Provide guidance on topics related to food product development, food processing, and food safety.
  • Conduct Assessments
  • Design assignments, quizzes, laboratory evaluations, and examinations.
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.

Job Qualifications

  • Master’s or PhD in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated reliability, a positive work ethic, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the science behind food production, including ingredient functionality and formulation principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Internship or practical experience in product development or food manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with sensory evaluation protocols and basic statistical analysis.
