Food Technologist wanted for Ernakulam, Kerala, for a growing food additives industry based in Kerala. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for Food Technology graduates who are passionate about the food industry and eager to build a career in food ingredients, product applications, and customer support.
This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience, offering structured training and long-term career growth in R&D, technical support, and food product development.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to food ingredients, additives, and product applications
- Provide basic technical support on product usage, formulations, and functionality (training will be provided)
- Coordinate effectively with R&D, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in order processing, documentation, and timely customer follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and communication logs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support internal teams in delivering technical solutions and product recommendations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in the food industry are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in food ingredients, additives, and customer-facing roles
- Good communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
