Create recipes and applications for product demonstrations for customer visits and trade shows.
Follow current culinary trends and present ideas to Sales and Marketing teams.
Compound and blend flavour products as needed for day-to-day functions
Effectively and efficiently execute lab projects that are assigned
Engage in sensory support for the product development and quality team as needed
Support product development and applications team in tastings, sharing feedback and information on ideas and concepts; as well as sample creation as needed
Assist the quality team in the evaluation and approval of raw materials and finished goods
Work in a collaborative team environment with operations, regulatory, quality, sales and marketing personnel
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in culinary science, food science or related field required
2+ years of relevant experience and a passion for making food taste great
