Job Responsibilities

  • Training:
    • Conduct food safety training sessions for clients, focusing on HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and BRCGS standards.
    • Develop and deliver customized training programs to meet the specific needs of different clients.
  • Consultation: Food Safety Consultant to clients on implementing HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 standards.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure clients comply with local and international food safety regulations and standards.
    • Stay updated on changes in food safety regulations and industry best practices to provide accurate and current advice.
  • Documentation:
    • Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to food safety training and consultation.
    • Assist clients in developing and maintaining food safety management systems and records.
  • Client Support:
    • Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients post-training to ensure continuous improvement in their food safety practices.
    • Address and resolve any food safety issues or concerns raised by clients.
  • Assist clients in preparing for and passing food safety audits and certifications.

Job Qualifications- Food Safety Trainer

  • Education: Food Safety Trainer knowledge of implementing HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 standards is essential.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as a Food Safety trainer, in Dubai and consultation.
    • Approval for PIC & BFS food safety training.
ISO 22000 Audit – How Food Safety Team Prepare for Certification?
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training sessions.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address food safety issues.
  • Familiarity with BRCGS standards is a plus.
