A leading Restaurant and Fast Food Chain in Dubai, UAE, is hiring a Food Safety Supervisor with the following:

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the effective implementation of food safety systems in the central/main kitchen.
  • Monitor and maintain the HACCP system, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with requirements.
  • Ensure full adherence to food safety standards, UAE regulatory guidelines, and HACCP principles.
  • Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential food safety hazards.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff on Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and food safety procedures.
  • Work closely with the production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure quality control across all stages of food handling.
  • Maintain accurate reports and records of inspections, non-conformities, and corrective actions.

Job Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: Certificate in Food Safety or HACCP (mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in food safety within restaurants, catering, or food establishments.
  • Strong knowledge of Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and food safety systems.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to train, coach, and mentor kitchen and service staff.
  • Must be an Arab national within the age group of 22–30 years.
  • Must already be residing in the UAE.
