Food Safety Officer – Catering

A Catering Company in Dubai, UAE is looking for a Food Safety Officer with the following:

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain food safety standards and procedures by local regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of food handling and storage areas.
• Provide training to staff on food safety practices and procedures.
• Monitor and record temperature and sanitation levels.
• Investigate and resolve any food safety issues or complaints.
• Maintain documentation and records related to food safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in food safety, preferably in the catering industry in the UAE.
• Knowledge of local food safety regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
