A Job consulting Company is hiring a Food Safety Coordinator in Alberta, Canada with the following:
Responsibilities
- Delegation of food safety responsibilities among sanitization staff. Monitor the team to make sure they are compliant with the food safety practices. Maintaining reports and other general admin tasks. Maintained in-house inventory and counting of supplies.
- Skills:* food safety, HACCP, GMP, OSHA 30, safety, audit, food quality, FDA, microbiology, safety training.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Food Safety in a production environment.
- Knowledge of HACCP, CanadaGap, and SQF.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with the teams and sanitation workers.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
- HACCP Levels 1-6 certification in food Safety Management.
- Experience working with MS Office suite.
- Excel, Outlook, and Word; Process analytical and problem-solving skills
