Seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Food Safety & Hygiene Officer to join the team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HACCP principles and food safety management systems. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of hygiene across all operations, conducting regular audits and inspections, delivering training, and ensuring compliance with local and international food safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor food safety and hygiene policies and procedures in line with HACCP and other relevant standards.
- Conduct routine audits, hygiene inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Deliver regular food safety training and refresher courses to all relevant staff to promote a culture of food safety and hygiene awareness.

- Monitor and enforce hygiene standards across all food handling and preparation areas.
- Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints related to food safety and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections, audit findings, and corrective actions.
- Liaise with local health authorities and ensure compliance with all UAE food safety laws and regulations.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a food safety or hygiene role, preferably in hospitality, catering, or food production.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles and UAE food safety standards.
- Relevant certifications in Food Safety/HACCP Level 3 or higher are highly desirable.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
