Leading multi-brand in UAE is hiring a Food Quality Manager- Private Label with the following:
Responsibilities
- Follow product development steps to ensure delivery of Private Label products as per the development plan.
- Organize the supplier approval audit to approve the manufacturing sites.
- Participate in the supplier selection committee for new product development projects.
- Organize the product/recipe validation through panels and lab analysis control.
- Prepare lab analysis control plan & sampling plan for existing Private Label products.
- Validate all packaging information, Label artwork & print proof to ensure its compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Participate in the withdrawal and recall committee & follow up on the action plans.
- Plan for supplier approval audit plan and validate audit action plan for the existing Private Label suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/food technology/veterinary Science
- 6 years of professional experience
- Experience in R&D, regulatory compliance, new product development or Quality processes associated with the development and monitoring of the products.
- Experience in Quality control & Food safety standards and regulations.
