Food Quality Controller – bakery wanted in Ajman, UAE for a leading Bakery Industry. Food Quality Controller – Ajman will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet established food safety standards, quality specifications, and regulatory requirements. The role involves monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, and supporting the implementation of HACCP-based food safety management systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor food preparation, handling, and storage processes to ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
  • Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure consistent quality
  • Maintain accurate quality control records, reports, and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and monitor HACCP Level 4 procedures across production operations
  • Assist in internal and external food safety audits and inspections
  • Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Provide training to staff on food hygiene, sanitation practices, and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations and company quality policies

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in the food industry, preferably in bakery or FMCG manufacturing
  • HACCP Level 4 Certification is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of food safety systems, hygiene standards, GMP, and quality assurance practices
  • Experience in quality control, audit handling, and food manufacturing processes
  • Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
