An FMCG Food brand in Dubai, UAE is looking for a Food Quality Assurance Executive with entry-level experience in Quality Assurance
Job Responsibilities
- Implement, monitor, and enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), and personal hygiene policies across all production and storage areas.
- Conduct routine cleaning and hygiene inspections, document findings, identify deviations, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate and updated QA documentation, including GMP logs, hygiene checklists, and regulatory records.
- Support adherence to food safety management systems, ensuring full compliance with Dubai Municipality and UAE food safety regulations.
Food Safety & PIC Responsibilities
- Fulfill all Person In Charge (PIC) responsibilities, ensuring safe food handling and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and verify the effective implementation of food safety procedures and hazard control measures.
- Assist in internal audits and verification activities related to FSSC 22000 and other quality standards.
Training & Hygiene Monitoring
- Conduct and support training sessions for staff on cleaning procedures, GMP, and GHP as directed by the QA Supervisor.
- Perform personal hygiene swabs, surface swabs, and environmental tests as part of the facility’s hygiene verification program.
Coordination & External Compliance
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team to schedule and monitor equipment calibration activities.
- Liaise with approved pest control service providers and ensure proper pest management documentation and implementation.
- Assist during Dubai Municipality inspections, ensuring all compliance documents, reports, and corrective actions are properly maintained.
- Support the QA Supervisor with additional tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the Quality Assurance Department.

Job Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of QA experience in the UAE, preferably in the food manufacturing industry or a related sector.Strong, confident personality with the ability to independently manage day-to-day quality assurance activities.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields.Fluency in Hindi and excellent communication skills in English.
