Food Beverages QSR- is hiring a Quality Control Coach for Dubai- UAE location with the following:

Job Responsibilities

  • Training & Development:
    • Conducts comprehensive training sessions for team members, supervisors, and managers on food safety protocols, hygiene practices, quality standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Develops training materials and ensures continuous education on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), and HACCP systems.
  • Hygiene & Personal Cleanliness Monitoring:
    • Uses the Pre-Requisite Programs (PRPs) checklist to verify and ensure personal hygiene and cleanliness compliance among all staff.
    • Inspects staff uniforms, handwashing practices, and overall appearance to meet company standards.
  • Food Safety System Verification:
    • Conducts regular checks to ensure that disease control SOPs are followed and documented appropriately through PRP and food safety verification checklists.
    • Validates the effectiveness of food safety control measures across all food handling processes.
  • Operational PRPs & OPRP Monitoring:
    • Verifies that Operational PRPs (OPRPs) are clearly defined, properly followed, and that the relevant checklists are accurately completed and filed.
    • Monitors the implementation and documentation of critical control measures to mitigate food safety risks.
  • Product Quality Assurance:
    • Inspects food products for quality, consistency, and compliance with specifications.
    • Ensures all SOPs are followed during food preparation, handling, and storage.
  • Sanitation & Facility Hygiene:
    • Conducts routine inspections of restaurant premises to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained.
    • Ensures all sanitary facilities, including washrooms and handwashing stations, are clean, functional, and well-stocked.
  • Critical Control Points (CCPs) Monitoring:
    • Verifies proper monitoring of CCPs, ensures that CCP checklists are accurately filled out and well-documented.
    • Oversees cleaning and sanitizing procedures to ensure they align with approved SOPs.
  • Chemical & Pest Control Management:
    • Ensures that chemicals used in cleaning and sanitation are handled, stored, and labeled according to safety standards.
    • Monitors the implementation of an effective Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program within the facility.
  • Equipment & Cross-Contamination Control:
    • Verifies that equipment and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained in accordance with operational standards.
    • Ensures cross-contamination is prevented by overseeing proper storage, separation, and handling of food items.
    • Monitors and enforces time and temperature control requirements for perishable items.

Job Qualifications– Food Beverages Quality Controller

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in food safety or quality control within the foodservice or food manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital documentation tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of HACCP principles, GMP, GHP, and other food safety management systems.
  • Intermediate communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent observational and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
