Fine Dining Restaurant chain in Dubai UAE is looking for a Quality Control Supervisor with the following:

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily quality control operations of Fine Dining Restaurant , ensuring compliance with HACCP, ISO, and relevant food safety regulations.
  • Conduct routine inspections and internal audits of production areas, equipment, and storage units to uphold sanitation and safety standards.
  • Develop, document, and implement quality control protocols and SOPs in line with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Train and guide QC personnel on food safety procedures and quality management systems.
  • Analyze quality data and performance trends to identify deviations and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, product testing, and corrective measures for compliance and audit readiness.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related customer complaints by implementing root cause analysis and corrective action plans.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Fine Dining Restaurant experience in Quality Control/Assurance, preferably within the QSR or broader F&B industry.
  • Professional certifications in HACCP, ISO 9001, or SQF are highly preferred.
