IIFCO is looking for Executive Quality Assurance in Oils and Fats Manufacturing Industry in Dubai, UAE:

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, customers, corporate, and plant quality standards.
  • Ensure the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates, and finished goods through intervention, inspection, and testing.
  • Manage in-house laboratory, plant sanitation and pest control, GMP, HACCP, SSOP, and other food safety and quality standards.

Auditing

  • Conduct internal and external audits as per supplier approval and development program.
  • Manage audits by customers or regulatory bodies.

New Product Development

  • Provide inputs on quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements for new product development projects.

Compliance Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with various quality measures and standards and their documentation.

Hygiene Adherence

  • Adhere to hygiene guidelines set by the Municipality Food Control Department and perform corrective actions during their periodic visits.

HACCP Documentation

  • Prepare all required documentation for HACCP studies, implementation, and management validation prior to manufacturing and launch, such as recipe specifications of raw materials and packaging materials.

Food Safety Systems

  • Ensure appropriate systems for food safety and hygiene are followed in all areas of the factory.
  • Train all employees from various departments on food hygiene, GMP, and food safety.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in lab analysis in a mid-sized FMCG manufacturing company.
  • Degree in B. Tech or a graduate with a diploma in Dairy Technology.
