A Milk Processing Company in Sharjah UAE is hiring a Dairy Technologist with the following :

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative dairy processing techniques to enhance product quality and safety.
  • Conduct regular quality control tests on milk and dairy products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify new product opportunities in the dairy sector.
  • Train and supervise production staff on best practices in dairy technology and hygiene protocols.

  • Prepare detailed reports on production metrics and quality assessments for management review.
  • Implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain high standards in production.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate equipment and technology for efficient dairy processing.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies for new dairy products based on consumer insights.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes in the dairy industry to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Job Qualifications- Dairy Technologist UAE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in dairy processing or product development is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with dairy processing equipment and technologies is a must.
  • Certification in HACCP or Food Safety Management Systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical process control and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Adaptability to changing technologies and willingness to learn new techniques in dairy production.
