Looking for a Dairy Technologist to join a leading dairy company in Riyadh. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about food technology, dairy production, and FMCG operations. The Dairy Technologist will provide technical expertise, support production processes, and ensure compliance with international quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating with the quality assurance and maintenance teams to deliver smooth, efficient, and safe operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily dairy processing and filling operations in line with production targets and quality standards.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance product quality.
- Actively support lean manufacturing initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and international food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance team to reduce breakdowns, support preventive maintenance, and maintain equipment reliability.
- Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting, automation, and process control improvements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, process documentation, and quality control records.
- Support staff training and promote best practices in food safety and dairy technology.
Job Qualification
- Degree or recognized qualification in Dairy Technology from a reputed Dairy Training Institute.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an FMCG production environment (preferably dairy).
- Hands-on experience in an automated process control environment.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing practices.
- Familiarity with international food safety and quality standards.
Dairy Technologist Skills
- Strong analytical and measurement skills.
- Computer knowledge (Excel, Word essential; SAP knowledge is an advantage).
- Cheerful, cooperative, methodical, and assertive approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
