A vocational Training Institute is hiring a Dairy Technologist with the following:
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a HACCP-certified Dairy Industrial facility.
- Worked with a variety of dairy products including liquid milk, cream, cheeses, ice creams, powders and ingredients, yoghurt, butter, sports drinks, baby formulas, and plant-based dairy alternatives.
- Knowledgeable about and involved in implementing HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Strong production and packaging skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in food safety protocols.
- Competent in measurements.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Capable of lifting 50+ pounds and standing for extended periods.
