A leading Hospitality and Hotels Group Atlantis Resort in Dubai ,UAE is looking for a Assistant Manager Resort  with the following:

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk and lobby, ensuring seamless coordination between Front Office, Front Services, Housekeeping, and other departments for a smooth guest experience.
  • Ensure that the resort’s Front Services meet and exceed 5-star standards, maintaining exceptional service levels for guests and staff.
  • Act as a key ambassador for the resort, embodying its values, professionalism, and luxury image to guests and colleagues.
  • Ensure guest check-in and check-out processes are smooth, efficient, and in line with resort standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing concerns, and resolving issues to enhance overall guest experience.

  • Collaborate with department heads to improve processes and ensure all team members are trained to provide top-tier service.
  • Lead and motivate the Front Office team, providing guidance, support, and training to maintain high performance and standards.
  • Assist in managing staff schedules, performance reviews, and daily assignments, ensuring the right personnel are in place to meet guest needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards in public areas of the resort.
  • Promote a healthy team environment, fostering teamwork and cooperation among all resort staff.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury, international hotel or resort.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a passion for delivering a 5-star guest experience.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A professional attitude and understanding of confidentiality and service ethics in a high-end resort setting.
