A baking Unit in Doha, Qatar is hiring an Assistant Manager Food Safety HACCP with the following:

Responsibilities

  • The Assistant Manager of HACCP will be responsible for creating and maintaining Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) programs.
  • Developing and implementing food safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Conducting regular audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating and maintaining HACCP programs in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local food safety regulations and standards.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of technicians, supervisors, and quality control personnel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
