Food Quality Control Internship opportunities with leading Food processing company in Dubai, UAE with the following:a

Duration: 6 Months (Extendable up to 1 Year)
Location: UAE
Visa: Only candidates under dependent/family sponsorship

Job Responsibilities – Food Quality Control Internship

As a QA/QC o Intern, you will support daily operational activities across fresh food and beverage manufacturing, including:

  • Assist in monitoring and verifying hygiene, GMP, and sanitation practices across production areas.
  • Support sampling, testing, and inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods (fresh juices, fruits & vegetables, hot foods, dressings, ice cream).
  • Participate in calibration, documentation, and verification of critical process controls.
  • Help conduct internal audits, CCP monitoring, and corrective action documentation as per HACCP and FSSC 22000 V6.0.
  • Maintain quality logs, inspection reports, analysis sheets, and traceability records.
  • Support continuous improvement projects to reduce food safety risks and enhance product quality.
  • Assist in reviewing product labels, specifications, and artwork to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Help prepare documentation required for government approvals, certifications, and customer compliance requests as Food Quality Control Internship.
  • Support data collection and documentation for audits and external inspections.
  • Research and interpret regulatory standards applicable to fresh food and beverage manufacturing (local & international).
  • Aid in updating regulatory databases, SOPs, and legal compliance records.

Job Qualifications

Candidates must hold or be pursuing a Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines:

  • Food Technology
  • Food Engineering
  • Biotechnology
  • Environmental Science
  • Microbiology / Biochemistry (or similar scientific fields)
  • Passion for food safety, quality, and regulatory systems.
  • Basic understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC).
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Curiosity to learn, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to teamwork.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
