Food Safety Operations Coordinator opportunity to support a production facility in Expo City, Dubai. This position plays a key role in maintaining our hygiene systems, operational documentation, and kitchen compliance, while also coordinating procurement and delivery operations.
Food Safety Operations Coordinator – Role Overview
The Food Safety & Operations Coordinator will be responsible for enforcing food safety standards, maintaining accurate HACCP documentation, supporting audits, and overseeing operational processes related to production, procurement, and driver coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in a central kitchen, cloud kitchen, or food production environment and will be confident managing structure-based documentation and compliance requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Food Safety & Hygiene Management
- Maintain daily HACCP, temperature logs, cleaning schedules, pest control records, and hygiene checklists.
- Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality Food Safety Regulations.
- Support internal and external audits, inspection readiness, and corrective action follow-up.
- Manage supplier approval records, Halal documentation, and COA/traceability files.
- Update batch sheets, production logs, kitchen process records, and product traceability reports.
- Assist with purchase orders (POs), goods receipt notes (GRNs), stock tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate with production teams for raw material availability and inventory control.
- Organize daily delivery schedules and delivery route planning.
- Coordinate driver assignments and ensure proper handling and delivery of products.
- Provide administrative support across food production operations and kitchen documentation.
- Maintain structured filing systems for compliance and operations records.
Job Qualifications
- Mandatory: HACCP Level 2 or Level 3 Certification.
- Experience working in a central kitchen, cloud kitchen, catering, or food production facility.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality Food Safety requirements.
- Ability to maintain structured documentation and manage compliance systems.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Salary Range: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month (based on experience)
