
A certified and experienced Food Safety Trainer vacancy to join a dynamic Food Safety Consultant and Trainer team in the UAE. The successful candidate will deliver municipality-approved food safety and hygiene training programs in Sharjah and Ajman, ensuring compliance with UAE Food Safety Regulations, HACCP, GHP, and Menu-Safe standards.

Job Responsibilities
As a Food Safety Trainer in Sharjah and Ajman, your primary duties will include:
- Delivering Municipality-Approved Programs in Sharjah, including:
- SFSP GHP Staff Training
- SFSP GHP Manager Training
- SHSP Staff Training
- SHSP Level 2 Manager Training
- SFSP Menu-Safe HACCP Training
- Conducting Municipality-Approved Training Programs in Ajman for Catering, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors, such as:
- APHP Food Safety Level 1
- APHP Food Safety Level 2
- APHP Food Safety Level 3
- Beauty Centre Hygiene, Health, and Safety Training.
- Delivering interactive, practical, and compliant training sessions to food industry staff, managers, and retail professionals.
- Ensuring all training materials meet Sharjah Municipality, Ajman Municipality, and UAE National Food Safety Standards.
- Assessing training needs of clients and customising food safety courses to meet their operational requirements.
- Maintaining accurate training records, including attendance sheets, certificates, and compliance reports.
- Performing field audits and inspections for food safety compliance and supporting clients in achieving Menu-Safe HACCP certification.
- Keeping updated with latest HACCP guidelines, ISO standards, UAE food safety laws, and municipality regulations.
- Conducting in-person and virtual training sessions using platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
- Assisting in refresher training, gap analysis, and awareness programs to support continuous compliance.
Job Qualifications
To qualify for the Food Safety Trainer Job in Sharjah & Ajman, candidates must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Food Safety Training or Consultancy.
- Municipality approval to train in Sharjah and Ajman for the required programs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Menu-Safe HACCP, GHP, ISO standards, and UAE Food Safety Regulations.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi and/or Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in virtual training tools: Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A valid UAE driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently between training locations in Sharjah and Ajman.
- Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules, maintain reports, and provide professional documentation.
- Ability to customize training programs to meet the needs of catering, retail, and manufacturing industries.
