Nutritionist – Catering Industry requires a Nutritionist for Sharjah, UAE Location with the following:

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation:
  Conduct detailed consultations with clients to assess their nutritional needs, health goals, food allergies, and taste preferences. Provide professional advice and support as a Nutritionist – Catering to help clients make informed dietary choices.
• Customized Meal Planning:
  Develop and design tailored meal plans that align with established nutritional standards, client health objectives, and any specific dietary restrictions. Continuously update and refine meal plans based on client feedback and progress.

• Coordination and Communication:
  Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the kitchen team. Clearly communicate all meal plan requirements, portion sizes, ingredient specifications, and special requests to ensure flawless execution.
• Client Relationship Management:
  Maintain proactive and ongoing communication with clients throughout the duration of their meal plan subscription. Address any questions, concerns, or requests for modifications promptly and professionally.
• Quality Control Collaboration:
  Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of nutrition, taste, and presentation. Conduct regular checks to verify that meals meet the agreed nutritional requirements and client expectations.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field.
• Proven knowledge of current nutrition guidelines and meal planning techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
• Previous experience working in a catering, hospitality, or food service environment is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
