Food Safety and Brand Auditor vacancy at a leading Food Safety Consultant and Training Company in the UK at their Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester Locations:
Job Responsibilities
- On-Site Evaluations:
Conduct comprehensive audits focused on food safety, workplace health and safety, and brand standards at client premises, including restaurants, hotels, and retail food outlets. - Client Consultation and Training:
Provide expert guidance, coaching, and training to client teams, ensuring compliance with the latest food safety and hygiene protocols, and helping to foster a strong food safety culture. - Contractor Support:
Support, coach, and calibrate third-party independent contractors to ensure consistent audit quality and standards.

- Issue Resolution:
Collaborate closely with internal account management teams to address and resolve client concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. - Audit Execution:
Perform a targeted number of audits per week in line with performance expectations, while maintaining exceptional customer service and professional reporting standards. - Industry Insights:
Leverage up-to-date food safety practices and monitor relevant health inspection data to inform audit and training strategies. - Reporting & Relationship Management:
Prepare accurate reports following each audit and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through effective communication and support.
Food Safety and Brand Auditor – Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Level 4 Food Safety qualification is required.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, or NEHA (RS, REHS, CP-FS) certifications.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food service, hospitality, food manufacturing, or a food hygiene-related field.
- Experience conducting food safety evaluations or enforcing brand standards.
- Background in coaching, training, or mentoring within a food-related industry is highly desirable.
