Quality Assurance Executive – FMCG Industry Dubai

An FMCG Industry in Dubai, UAE is looking for a Quality Assurance Executive with the following:

Job Responsibilities

• To ensure product compliance, implement and monitor quality assurance system
• Carry out Lab chemical analysis and physical testing of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods
• Carry out in-process and packaging line product quality control checks
• Provide training and awareness to the employees to improve the product quality
• Review process control plan, drive quality issues to root cause, corrective actions and improvement, track quality performance.
• Monitor workers Personal Hygiene.

• Review and revise existing quality procedures and safety policies
• Track quality performance and initiate quality improvement plans.
• Handle and investigate Consumer complaints and identify the root cause.
• Documentation and procedure compliance.
• Inspecting the workplace for compliance and identifying areas of concern.

Job Qualifications

• Science Graduate preferably with Post graduation.
• Minimum of 03 – 05 Years’ experience in QA/QC role.
• Experience in ISO 22000; HACCP and relevant certificates is mandatory.
• Certifications in Basic Food Hygiene and PIC is an advantage.

• Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience and health authority compliance.
• Experience with the implementation of corrective action programs.
• Product or industry-specific experience.
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant certifications and regulatory requirements.
