A Food & Beverage Company in Dubai, UAE is looking for a QA and QC Executive with the following:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of food and beverage outlets to assess quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Monitor the entire food production process, from sourcing ingredients to final presentation, to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistency.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in our culinary offerings.
  • Train and educate staff on QA/QC protocols and best practices to uphold quality standards.
  • Investigate customer complaints or issues related to food quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and quality management systems.
