Five Stars Management & Quality Consultant in Abu Dhabi UAE is looking for a Trainer in Food Safety and ISO Standards with the following:

Job Responsibilities

  • Training Development and Delivery
    • Design and deliver engaging training sessions on food safety principles and applicable ISO standards (14001:2015, 45001:2018, 9001:2015, 22000 FSSC V6).
    • Customize training materials to cater to the specific needs of diverse industry professionals.
    • Use interactive methods to enhance participant engagement and retention of information.
  • ISO Standards Implementation
    • Provide expert guidance for implementing ISO standards in organizational processes.
    • Assist organizations in achieving and maintaining ISO certifications.
    • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to ISO protocols.
  • Auditing
    • Conduct comprehensive audits to assess compliance with food safety regulations and ISO standards.
    • Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
    • Identify areas for improvement and guide organizations in implementing solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay updated on the latest food safety regulations and ISO standards.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in food safety practices.
    • Provide ongoing support and follow-up on implemented changes.

Job Qualifications

  • Education and Certification
    • Attested academic qualifications in a relevant field.
    • Certificate of Completion from a 5-day advanced EFST program (minimum Level 4) accredited by ADAFSA.
    • Certification in the Training of Trainers (TOT) program or equivalent.
    • Highfield Level 3 Award in Food Safety for Catering (RQF).
    • Highfield Level 4 International Award in Managing Food Safety for Catering.
    • Highfield Level 3 Award in HACCP for Catering (RQF).
    • Highfield Level 4 International Award in HACCP Management for Catering.
    • IRCA-approved Instructor/Lead Auditor certification for ISO standards.

  • Experience
    • Proven experience in auditing ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000 V6.
    • Documented experience in delivering training (including total hours).
    • Strong track record in auditing and reporting.
    • Experience in creating technical and financial proposals.
  • Skills
    • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and ISO standards.
    • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Proficiency in time management and research.
  • Language Proficiency
    • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Work Flexibility
    • Ability to work on-site and off-site as required.
