Nestle LLC in Saudi Arabia is hiring a Quality Manager with the following:

Job Responsibilities

Quality Assurance and Food Safety

  • Ensure the implementation, enforcement, and maintenance of the Water Operation Standard (WOS) requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of quality awareness and commitment to zero defects across the factory.
  • Oversee the correct functioning of the factory laboratories, ensuring personnel safety, availability of equipment, and technician training.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of Nestlé Good Manufacturing Practices (NGMP), Pest Control programs, and Low Hygiene Practices (LHP).

Compliance and Standards

  • Ensure compliance of all finished products with Nestlé standards, Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations, and other third-party requirements to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the QMS implementation across factory premises and ensure corrective actions are promptly taken in case of deviations.
  • Maintain full compliance with Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) standards and regulations.

Audits and Continuous Improvement

  • Lead the internal auditing program and evaluate the performance of the Food Safety System Certification (FSSC).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement programs and Innovation & Renovation (I&R) initiatives to enhance product and process quality. Nestle encourages these programs to keep up quality standards.

Complaint Management and Raw Material Compliance

  • Handle critical quality complaints received from customers, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure all raw materials comply with company quality standards set by Nestle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Medical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Food Safety roles within the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in line management with strong leadership capabilities and the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively. Nestle looks for strong leaders.
  • Strong understanding of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Expertise in implementing and managing GMP, Pest Control, and hygiene practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer complaints and quality issues.
  • Proficient in conducting internal audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards, including SFDA and third-party certifications, as required by Nestle.
