Nestle is hiring a Quality Manager Corporate in Food Quality and Food Safety; Canada location for innovation and renovation projects of Nestlé
Responsibilities
- Identify raw material sources for Natural Health Products (NHP) and assess based on the Quality Guide for compliance in formulations.
- Establish a checklist for raw material contaminants using vendor information or the company’s existing profile.
- Develop templates for Product Specification and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for NHP, collaborating with other Departments.
- Assist in preparing documentation and meeting requirements for NHP Stability studies and reports to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Facilitate the growth of Contract Manufacturers’ personnel through hands-on experience, coaching, and training initiatives.
- Communicate corporate culture and management principles across all levels of the organization.
- Cultivate a positive and supportive work environment to enhance employee relations.
Qualifications
- Preferably a university graduate or equivalent with a background in microbiology, chemistry, or food science-related studies.
- Possesses over 3 years of experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment involving regulated products like Drugs or Natural Health Products.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of Health Canada Natural Health Products, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements, and associated regulations.
- Exhibits strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Capable of devising a strategy that considers emerging trends, business needs, and global initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with excellent time and project management skills, emphasizing attention to detail.
- Demonstrates a successful track record in delivering results by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
