Nestle International FMCG is hiring a Quality Laboratory Analyst for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with the following:
Job Responsibilities
- Perform quality tests and analyses to ensure product safety and quality, including physical, chemical, microbiological, sensory, and net content control methods for products, intermediate products, raw materials, and packaging materials.
- Provide professional support to the production team by timely communicating analytical results required for product release.Conduct analyses according to standard procedures and work instructions.
- Manage the quality control plan of equipment, including calibration and maintenance.Report consolidated results and trends to relevant teams to support improvement activities.
- Identify and report abnormalities through quality deviation notifications and take immediate corrective actions.
- Define and update specific quality procedures, instructions, and tools related to analyses and tests.
- Train operators and technicians to perform basic analyses and tests within their work areas.
- Monitor and ensure the proper application of analytical methods for production instruments
Job Qualifications
- Apprenticeship programs or Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a laboratory or analytical environment.
- Skills and Attributes:Proficiency in analytical methods and quality control standards.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality deviations.Effective communication and reporting skills.Ability to train and guide team members in quality-related tasks.
