A Ready to Cook Foods Manufacturing Company in Ajman, UAE is hiring a Quality Executive with the following:
Job Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance and Control:
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and control procedures specific to the food industry.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, such as HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant regulations.
- Food Safety and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of food safety practices and quality control tests.
- Ensure all products comply with local, national, and international food safety regulations and standards.
- Prepare for and participate in external audits by regulatory bodies and certification organizations.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze quality data and identify trends or areas for improvement in food safety and quality in Ready to Cook Foods Industry.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead initiatives to improve product quality, reduce waste, and optimize production processes.
- Customer Focus: Address customer complaints and feedback related to Ready to Cook Foods quality and safety.
- Work closely with customer service and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Training and Development: Provide training to staff on food safety protocols, quality standards, and hygiene practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging food safety technologies, and regulatory updates.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- years of experience in quality assurance/control within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety management systems and standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food industry regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools like ERP in Ready to Cook Foods Industry.
