A Ready to Cook Foods Manufacturing Company in Ajman, UAE is hiring a Quality Executive with the following:

Job Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance and Control:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and control procedures specific to the food industry.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, such as HACCP, ISO 22000, and other relevant regulations.
  • Food Safety and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate records of food safety practices and quality control tests.
  • Ensure all products comply with local, national, and international food safety regulations and standards.
  • Prepare for and participate in external audits by regulatory bodies and certification organizations.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Analyze quality data and identify trends or areas for improvement in food safety and quality in Ready to Cook Foods Industry.
  • Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead initiatives to improve product quality, reduce waste, and optimize production processes.
  • Customer Focus: Address customer complaints and feedback related to Ready to Cook Foods quality and safety.
  • Work closely with customer service and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to staff on food safety protocols, quality standards, and hygiene practices.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • years of experience in quality assurance/control within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety management systems and standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with food industry regulations and standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and tools like ERP in Ready to Cook Foods Industry.
