A Water Bottling Company in Dubai, UAE is looking for a Quality Controller with the following:

Job Responsibilities

  1. Monitor Water Treatment Processes: Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure the Water Bottling treatment processes meet quality and safety standards.
  2. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, and ESMA standards in all water treatment operations.
  3. Quality Control Procedures: Develop, implement, and manage quality control procedures to ensure the consistent quality of treated Water Bottling.
  4. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality control tests, inspections, and corrective actions.

  1. Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on water quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Equipment Monitoring: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of quality control testing equipment.
  3. Audit Support: Assist in both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

  1. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operational and technical teams to improve processes and resolve quality issues.
  2. Corrective Actions: Identify non-conformities in water treatment processes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  3. Training: Train staff on quality control protocols and standards to enhance awareness and ensure strict adherence.

Job Qualifications

  1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of quality control experience in the water treatment industry for Water Bottling.
  2. ISO Certification: Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO standards related to water treatment processes.
  3. HACCP Knowledge: Solid understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols.
  4. ESMA Compliance: Familiarity with Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA) regulations.
  5. Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Environmental Science, Chemistry, or Engineering.

  2. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of water treatment technologies and quality control equipment.
