A Water Bottling Company in Dubai, UAE is looking for a Quality Controller with the following:
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor Water Treatment Processes: Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure the Water Bottling treatment processes meet quality and safety standards.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, and ESMA standards in all water treatment operations.
- Quality Control Procedures: Develop, implement, and manage quality control procedures to ensure the consistent quality of treated Water Bottling.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality control tests, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on water quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Equipment Monitoring: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of quality control testing equipment.
- Audit Support: Assist in both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with operational and technical teams to improve processes and resolve quality issues.
- Corrective Actions: Identify non-conformities in water treatment processes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Training: Train staff on quality control protocols and standards to enhance awareness and ensure strict adherence.
Job Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of quality control experience in the water treatment industry for Water Bottling.
- ISO Certification: Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO standards related to water treatment processes.
- HACCP Knowledge: Solid understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols.
- ESMA Compliance: Familiarity with Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA) regulations.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Environmental Science, Chemistry, or Engineering.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of water treatment technologies and quality control equipment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively document and communicate findings.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
