A bakery Industry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is hiring a Quality Assurance Supervisor with the following:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for HACCP plans implementation within the plant processes.
- Conduct internal audits as per the schedule with reporting and following NCRs.
- Lead the implementation of GMPs, ISO 9001, 22000 & BRC Food Safety, And Quality standards in the plant versus the relevant procedures and programs.
- Track and monthly report plant Quality and Food Safety compliance trends to the QA manager.
- Liaise with plant departments to develop and implement corrective actions to close received and identified NCRs and consumer complaints.
- Conduct food safety training for plant teams as per the plan.
- Follow-up and report % of on-time closure of all plant corrective actions and all consumer complaints.
- Responsible for document control and ensuring that all departments are following the procedures.
- Lead the NCRs and Complaints root cause analysis and corrective action plans for all identified compliance through thorough investigation.
- Perform any assigned tasks by the direct manager or department director.
- Conduct traceability / mock recall tests as per the plan with reporting results.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor/master’s degree in food technology/chemical/quality & food safety
- Training Courses: ISO 9001, Food Safety, 22000, HACCP, BRC etc.
- More than 05-year experience in Food industries (Baking, Confectionery, Salad & Cheese).
