A leading Airline Industry in Qatar is hiring a Quality Assurance Supervisor with the following:

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality and hygiene audits of the unit and identify deviations in processes and standards.
  • Monitor deviations by employees in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and develop training plans to close non-conformances.
  • Forward corrective action plans on all non-conformance observed.
  • Identify relevant quality-related training and awareness-building requirements and develop a plan to bridge skills or information gaps.

  • Conduct external supplier audits as per the yearly schedule to ensure suppliers are following proper food safety standards.
  • Organising and conducting toolbox training for employees.
  • Responsible for safe safekeeping and storage of relevant HACCP documentation.
  • Make weekly/monthly reports on departmental statistics like total verification, Non- non-conformances, Foreign Object (FOB) and Quality complaints, number of training conducted.
  • Evaluation of Quality management system through sensory and organoleptic test.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a multinational company or International Flight catering company.
  • Skilled in drafting audit reports and recommending corrective action.
  • Ability to understand the current process and identify areas of improvement

  • HACCP Level 3 and 4 Training on Food Safety of Airline Catering.
  • Good spoken & written English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with different departments.
