A Brazilian food processing company with over 30 brands is hiring a Quality Assurance Sr. Inspector in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities

  • Inspection of Raw material, ingredients and packaging before issuing for production by verification program.
  • Check the pest control record is updated and meet with the pest control service supplier.
  • Collect samples of all raw materials in food processing, ingredients, and packaging material and deliver them to the external food lab .
  • Check and accompany cleaning procedures of production lines and collect swab samples for verification.
  • Ensure the implementation of quality program by verification procedures
  • Describe and provide technical guidance for production staff regarding Critical Control Points: what, where, how, when and why control
  • Verify the record to check that the corrective action described are as mentioned in quality program.
  • Act as a facilitator on implementing quality programs.

  • Guide corrective actions whenever a deviation is detected in the production process
  • Check the monitoring record as per the planned schedule
  • Raise the flag in case of any non-conformity found and advise the appropriate corrective action
  • Provide needed support for HACCP system implementation in Food Processing.
  • Analyze the MSDS of all chemicals used at the site for their suitability
  • Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promote compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

Job Qualifications

  • College degree in Food Technology, Veterinary Sciences, Biochemical Engineering, Chemistry
  • Quality Standards of all food products in Food Processing Lines.
  • Basic HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Proficient in Food Microbiology and Biochemistry, Food Processing
  • Full understanding of whole production processes.
  • Informatics: Windows, Excel, Word.
