Fresh Produce Dubai UAE is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist with the following:
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the Quality Assurance (QA) department.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes to ensure product reliability and compliance.
- Set and monitor appropriate quality standards and parameters for products and processes.
- Communicate quality standards and expectations to the QA team, product development team, and other relevant departments.
- Address customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and coordinate compliance audits to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.
- Manage and apply for the necessary permits and certifications required for the facility.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, certifications, and standards.
- Conduct quality assessments and testing to identify areas for improvement and maintain high product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, audits, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or similar role, preferably in manufacturing or product development.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies, such as ISO, HACCP, and GMP.
- Proven experience leading and coordinating compliance audits and quality assessments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions effectively.
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry certifications related to the facility’s products and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
