A Hospitality Group Company in Dubai, UAE is hiring a Quality Assurance Officer with the following:
Job Responsibilities
- Conducting Quality Audits and Inspections: Regularly perform quality audits and inspections to ensure all processes meet company and industry standards.
- Ongoing Training & Development: Facilitate ongoing training sessions for staff to improve quality control and compliance knowledge.
- Monitoring Quality Control Processes: Oversee quality control processes to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to standards.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards within the F&B or food production industry.
- Customer Feedback Implementation: Collaborate with franchisees to address customer concerns and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Supplier Performance Management: Evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
Job Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or a related field within the F&B or food production industry.
- Audit Expertise: Proven experience conducting quality audits with a strong understanding of compliance standards.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with franchisees and address customer concerns.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Training Facilitation: Experience in developing and conducting training programs for staff.
- Documentation Skills: Proficiency in maintaining thorough and accurate documentation and reports.
