McDonalds the fast food chain of restaurants in Kuwait is hiring a Quality Assurance Coordinator with the following:
Job Responsibilities
- Implemented and oversaw quality control systems of McDonalds to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify and address quality deviations.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality assurance processes and audits.
- Test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to verify quality specifications.
- Collaborate with the laboratory team for microbiological and chemical analyses.
- Train staff on quality standards and food safety practices.
- Provide technical support to production teams for quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Address customer complaints related to McDonalds product quality and implement corrective measures.
- Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials.
- Identify and resolve potential quality risks proactively.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of quality assurance protocols and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Technology, or Food Microbiology.
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, preferably in food manufacturing or food service.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-Oriented: Focus on accuracy and efficiency in tasks and documentation.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership: Supervisory experience and leadership qualities are an added advantage.
