McDonalds the fast food chain of restaurants in Kuwait is hiring a Quality Assurance Coordinator with the following:

Job Responsibilities

  • Implemented and oversaw quality control systems of McDonalds to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify and address quality deviations.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality assurance processes and audits.
  • Test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to verify quality specifications.
  • Collaborate with the laboratory team for microbiological and chemical analyses.
  • Train staff on quality standards and food safety practices.
  • Provide technical support to production teams for quality improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
  • Address customer complaints related to McDonalds product quality and implement corrective measures.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials.
  • Identify and resolve potential quality risks proactively.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of quality assurance protocols and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Technology, or Food Microbiology.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, preferably in food manufacturing or food service.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
    • Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-Oriented: Focus on accuracy and efficiency in tasks and documentation.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership: Supervisory experience and leadership qualities are an added advantage.
