A leading Retail Company in Saudi is hiring a Quality and Food Safety Inspector with the following experience in the Food Industry:
Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce quality and food safety standards, policies, and programs including HACCP, GMP and GHP.
- Regulatory audits.
- Conduct food safety training programs for employees.
- Formulate standard operating procedures (SOPs) as per requirement.
- Regulate product inspections and standardized work instructions.
- Knowledge of government regulations and requirements in the Food Processing Industry.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), and GDP (Good Distribution Practices).
- Experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Familiarity with ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data and statistical information.
- Proficient with relevant technology and software.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited institution.
- HACCP certification, FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor certification and FSSC and 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification will be added advantages.
