FMCG Company in KSA is hiring a Quality Supervisor (QA) with the following experience in FSMS, ISO 22000, food handling and HACCP certification:
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the System Manager in maintaining and documenting quality assurance procedures, ensuring compliance with BRC, FSSC 22000, HALAL, and YUM standards.
- Develop and manage digital quality manuals. All formats are securely converted and protected as intellectual property.
- Create and maintain a master database for trend analysis, internal audit findings, and task management, facilitating continuous improvement efforts.
- Act as a key contact for consumer complaints, overseeing communication channels and fostering collaboration between QA, production, engineering, and supply chain teams.
- Manage master copies of specifications and ensure streamlined communication channels for documentation.
- Establish and maintain databases for ERP software-approved supplier programs, market feedback, food services feedback, and sensory evaluations.
- Ensure all operational documents are controlled, password-protected, and acknowledged by stakeholders for procedural adherence.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a quality assurance role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of BRC, FSSC 22000, HALAL, and YUM standards.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in document management and digital quality systems.
