Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards in the production of mineral water.
- Conduct regular testing of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Record and analyze data to identify trends, deviations, or areas for improvement.
- Assist in audits and inspections conducted by internal teams and regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the mineral water industry or a similar field.
- Knowledge of quality control methods, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in laboratory testing and use of quality control equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
