Responsibilities
- Regular Monitoring: Consistently perform thorough analyses within the QC Lab to ensure the ongoing assessment of critical quality parameters.
- Quality Parameters Evaluation: Conduct detailed examinations of various quality factors including Polyamide-Epichlorohydrin (PAE) levels, oil content, moisture content, and the overall quality of oils utilized in the production process.
- Precision and Accuracy: Employ precise testing methodologies and calibrated equipment to maintain accuracy in the assessment of quality parameters.
- Timely Analysis: Execute analyses promptly to provide real-time insights into the quality status of materials and products, facilitating swift decision-making processes.
- Data Documentation: Record all findings meticulously, maintaining comprehensive documentation to track trends, deviations, and improvements over time.
- Adherence to Standards: Ensure that all analysis procedures adhere strictly to established industry standards and internal quality control protocols.
