A 5-star rated Hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAE is looking for a Head of Compliance / Internal Auditor with the following:

Responsibilities

  • Streamlining Risk Management: Conducting comprehensive risk management and internal auditing initiatives to ensure streamlined processes and enhanced operational security.

  • Holistic Risk Management Implementation: Planning, designing, and executing a comprehensive risk management framework tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring a robust and proactive approach towards risk mitigation.
  • Supervising Health, Safety, and Hygiene: Oversight of the Health, Safety, and Hygiene sections within the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a culture of safety.

  • Leadership of H&S/Hygiene Team: Directing and managing the Health & Safety/Hygiene team, where they report to the appointed candidate, facilitating effective communication and coordinated efforts in maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Higher Management Health and Safety.
  • Hotel HSE preferred.
  • Direct Reporting to CFO and has to manage HSE Team.
